Reservation
The reservation is binding after receipt of the written confirmation
and timely receipt of the deposit on our account.
Online bookings: Online bookings are only binding after written confirmation and receipt of the deposit. The automatic booking printout is created and sent by the booking system and does not constitute a reservation confirmation.
Payment options:
Cash payment (Euro) or bank transfer in advance.
EC debit cards as well as Visa and Mastercard are accepted.
Please note that all services used at the “Hotel Rustika” (even if booked in advance) can only be paid for in cash and directly at the hotel (no card payment).
Check In/Out
Check IN only possible from 16.00 to 20.30!
Please note that check-in is only possible between 16:00 and 20:30.
Outside of these times, the main entrance is closed and access is not possible. If you arrive earlier,
you are welcome to park your car in the designated parking spaces and explore our beautiful mountain world in the meantime!
On the day of your departure we ask you to vacate the apartment/room by 10 am.
Cancellation conditions:
– up to 3 months before arrival “free” (no cancellation fees)
– 3 months to 1 month before arrival 40% of the agreed total price will be charged as a cancellation fee
– 30 days to 7 days before arrival 70% of the agreed total price will be charged as a cancellation fee
– from 7 days before arrival 90% of the total price will be charged as a cancellation fee
– Cancellations can only be accepted in writing.
In the event of late arrival/non-arrival or early departure, we will charge 100% of the rental price. With the binding booking, our terms and conditions are deemed to be agreed.
The right of withdrawal according to §18 Abs. 1 Z. 10 FAGG does not apply.

Cancellation insurance:
We know from experience that despite all the joy of a booked vacation, something can always come up at short notice. To avoid costs and hassle, we recommend that you take out cancellation insurance: We recommend the Hotel Cancellation Plus or the comprehensive Hotel Cancellation Premium insurance (incl. accident benefits) as a precaution for cancellation, early departure and mountain rescue (incl. helicopter rescue),

Are you insured via your credit card?
Travel insurance is included as standard with many credit cards. Caution, this is usually only valid for the cardholder, which means that in the event of a cancellation, only the cardholder’s share is reimbursed and the rest of the family is often not insured.
Please check whether you are sufficiently insured.
You can obtain more information from your credit card company.
Access and usage regulations
Access to the apartment house “Apart Alpin” and the use of all facilities
(in particular lounges, ski and bicycle room, parking areas and other communal areas)
is only permitted to registered house guests.
The stay of persons from outside the house and the use of the facilities by external guests is generally not permitted.
Visits by external persons are only permitted with the prior express consent of the landlord.
The landlord reserves the right to deny access to unauthorized persons or to expel them from the building.
The accommodation contract may be terminated without notice if this regulation is breached.
Miscellaneous:
– Please note that smoking is not permitted in the apartments!!! (only on the balconies)
– 1 parking space per apartment (up to 100m away) – parking spaces at the house cannot be reserved and further parking spaces only on request)
– Services which take place in the neighboring Hotel Rustika are bound to their opening hours and availability. We have no influence on these times+availabilities, and they may also change.
Therefore, no guarantee is given for services (e.g. breakfast, sauna, etc.) which take place there.
