Price information
Our prices are basic prices per night for the specified period and number of persons (Apart 1 > up to 3 persons, Apart 2/3/4/5/6/7 > up to 4 persons), plus visitor’s tax and final cleaning (without meals!).
We charge € 20,- per night for each additional person outside the basic occupancy. (on request and advance booking)
Pets (max. 1 per unit) only on request and advance reservation (€ 15,- per day).
Our prices include electricity, heating, table and bed linen, hand and bath towels.
The visitor’s tax is € 3,- per person and day from the age of 15.
For the final cleaning we charge a one-time fee of € 55,- (Apart 1),
€ 70,- (Apart 3+4+5+6+7), € 80,- (Apart 2).
NON-SMOKING HOUSE (only on the balconies)
Free of charge for our guests:
- Wlan/Wifi in your apartment
- 1 parking space per apartment (up to 100m away)
(parking spaces at the house cannot be reserved
and further parking spaces only on request) - Use of the sauna and steam bath in the neighboring Hotel Rustika
(subject to their opening hours from approx. mid-December to the end of March!)
Check-in is possible from 4.00 pm to 8.30 pm!
Please note that check-in is only possible
between 4.00 pm and 8.30 pm.
Outside these times, the main entrance remains closed,
access is then not possible.
If you arrive earlier, you are welcome to park your car in the designated parking spaces
and explore our beautiful mountain world in the meantime!
