This apartment is located on the second floor and has a size of approx. 57m² + 11m² balcony with seating.

From the entire apartment you can enjoy a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains such as the Daniel, the Zugspitze and the Sonnenspitze.

The apartment is ideal for up to 4 people (max. 6 people).

It consists of two double rooms (1x bathroom + separate WC)
and a living room which (for an occupancy of more than 4 persons) can also be used as a bed-sitting room.

fully equipped with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, filter coffee machine, Nespresso coffee machine (incl. 4 capsules), kettle, toaster, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher with tabs, full range of crockery, cookware and glasses, tea towels…..
(nothing is missing for self-catering)

Bathroom:
Shower, hand and shower towels, bath mat, make-up mirror, hairdryer

Sleeping:
cozy bedrooms, (beds with bed linen), baby crib on request

2x Smart-TV, W-LAN, apartment safe, balcony with seating area

Cleanliness:
Broom, small broom with shovel, garbage can (we are happy to lend you a vacuum cleaner, ironing board and iron free of charge)
