This apartment is located on the second floor and has a size of approx. 52m² + 27m² terrace with seating from where you can enjoy a beautiful view of the Sonnenspitze.

The apartment is ideal for 2-3 persons (max. 5 persons).

It consists of a double or triple room (one bathroom) and a living room which (for an occupancy of more than 3 persons) can also be used as a bed-sitting room.

Right next to this apartment is a separate double room (without kitchen), which can be booked for grandma and grandpa.
