This apartment is located on the second floor and has a size of approx. 52m² + 27m² terrace with seating from where you can enjoy a beautiful view of the Sonnenspitze.

The apartment is ideal for 2-3 persons (max. 5 persons).

It consists of a double or triple room (one bathroom)
and a living room which (for an occupancy of more than 3 persons) can also be used as a bed-sitting room.

fully equipped with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, filter coffee machine, Nespresso coffee machine (incl. 4 capsules), kettle, toaster, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher with tabs, full range of crockery, cookware and glasses, tea towels……

shower, hand and shower towels, bath mat, make-up mirror, hairdryer

cozy bedrooms (beds with bed linen), baby crib on request
