Reservation<\/h2>\n

The reservation is valid after receipt of the written confirmation
and timely receipt of the deposit on our account.<\/p>\n

Deposit: Mastercard or Visa.
Alternatively, you can also pay the deposit via bank transfer (please let us know).<\/p>\n

Online bookings: Online bookings are only binding after written confirmation and receipt of the deposit.
The automatic booking printout is created and sent by the booking system and does not constitute a reservation confirmation.<\/p>\n

Payment options:
<\/strong>Cash payment (Euro) or bank transfer in advance.<\/p>\n

EC debit cards as well as Visa and Mastercard are accepted.<\/p>\n

Please note that all services used at the “Hotel Rustika” (even if booked in advance) can only be paid for in cash and directly at the hotel (no card payment).<\/p>\n

Check In\/Out
<\/strong>Check IN only possible from 16.00 to 20.30!<\/p>\n

Please note that check-in is only possible between 16:00 and 20:30.
Outside of these times, the main entrance remains closed and access is not possible. Should you arrive earlier,
you are welcome to park your car in the designated parking lots and explore our beautiful mountain world in the meantime!
On the day of your departure we ask you to vacate the apartment\/room by 10 am.<\/p>\n

Cancellation conditions:
<\/strong>– up to 3 months before arrival “free” (no cancellation fees)
– 3 months to 1 month before arrival, 40% of the agreed total price will be charged as a cancellation fee
– 30 days to 7 days before arrival, 70% of the agreed total price will be charged as a cancellation fee
– from 7 days before arrival, 90 % of the total price will be charged as a cancellation fee
– Cancellations can only be accepted in writing.<\/p>\n

In the event of late arrival\/non-arrival or early departure, we will charge 100% of the rental price. With the binding booking, our terms and conditions are deemed to be agreed.
The right of withdrawal according to \u00a718 Abs. 1 Z. 10 FAGG does not apply.
For all points not listed here, the rules of the Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions apply.

Cancellation insurance:<\/strong>
We know from experience that despite all the joy of a booked vacation, something can always come up at short notice. To avoid costs and hassle, we recommend that you take out cancellation insurance: we recommend Hotel Cancellation Plus or the comprehensive Hotel Cancellation Premium insurance (incl. accident benefits) to cover cancellation, early departure and mountain rescue (incl. helicopter rescue),
which you can easily conclude here: https:\/\/start.europaeische.at\/index.php?key=hsp&AGN=10022970<\/a><\/p>\n

Are you insured via your credit card?<\/strong>
Travel insurance is included as standard with many credit cards. Be careful, this is usually only valid for the cardholder, which means that in the event of a cancellation, only the cardholder’s share is reimbursed and the rest of the family is often not insured.
Please check whether you are sufficiently covered.

Access and Usage Regulations<\/strong>
Access to the “Apart Alpin” apartment house and the use of all facilities
(especially common rooms, ski and bike storage, parking areas, and other common areas)
is permitted exclusively for registered house guests.
The presence of non-residents and the use of facilities by external guests is generally not permitted.<\/p>\n

Visits by external persons are only permitted with the prior express consent of the landlord.
The landlord reserves the right to deny access to unauthorized persons or to remove them from the premises.<\/p>\n

The accommodation contract may be terminated without notice if this regulation is breached.<\/p>\n

Miscellaneous:
<\/strong>– Please note that smoking is not allowed in the apartments!! (only on the balconies)
– 1 parking space (car) per apartment (up to 100m away) – parking spaces at the house cannot be reserved and additional parking spaces are available only on request)
– Services that take place in the neighboring Hotel Rustika are subject to their opening hours and availability. We have no influence on these times+availabilities, and they may also change.<\/p>\n

Therefore, no guarantee is given for services (e.g. breakfast, sauna, etc.) which take place there.<\/p>\n

Charging stations for electric cars:<\/strong>
E – charging station (public) at the Grubigbahn valley station (approx. 950m – type 2 & CCS)
Tesla Supercharger at the Hochmoos Express valley station (approx. 350m)<\/p>\n

Active Pass:<\/strong>
The included services vary by season <\/span>and are available during the respective opening and operating hours.
<\/span>
<\/span>1. The AktivPass includes the guest card and can be used after activation.
2. Use is only possible during the guest’s stay, including the arrival and departure days.
3. The guest card and the AktivPass are non-transferable.
4. Individual services may be restricted due to weather, operational, safety, or capacity reasons.
5. The respective house, swimming, climbing, sports, safety, and usage regulations of the service providers must be observed.
6. TZA or Apart Alpin is not the operator of the individual facilities.
The services are provided by independent service providers.
7. There is no entitlement to cash payment for unused services.
8. In the event of misuse, authorization may be blocked or revoked.<\/p>\n
